The portable "tabo" or bidet The Sinaya Sterilizer Cup is a foldable soft cup designed to wash, sterilize and store your menstrual period cups. Every first day of your monthly period, simply put your menstrual cup into the sterilizer cup with water. Place the lid lightly on top and put in the microwave with high heat for 1-2 minutes to disinfect - it is that easy! Wait for cup to cool before handling, or use a pot holder to avoid burning yourself. Make sure to lightly grip the cup to avoid the hot water from spilling and burning you. For travel and portability, you can fold your Sinaya Cup as shown in the images and store it in your collapsed Sterilizer Cup to replace the abaca bag. You may use the sterilizer as a portable bidet or "tabo" when on the go. For cleaning your Sinaya Cup in public restrooms, fill your Sterilizer Cup with clean water before going in the bathroom stall. Use the cup water to rinse your used Sinaya Cup before reinsertion. The Sinaya Wash is a biodegradable, non-fragranced soap for menstrual cups. It leaves no residue, making it ideal for cleaning silicone. Directions: Rinse the cup with water. Spread a few drops of the Sinaya Wash on the inside and outside surface of the cup. Rinse thoroughly with water before reinserting the cup. After your period, you may leave the Sinaya Wash on the cup for at least 1 hour before rinsing and storing. Ingredients: Aqua, sodium bicarbonate, plant-derived surfactant, sea salt, sodium benzoate, citric acid, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, potassium sorbate Product expiry 2 years after date of purchase.
